Help Plz, Car turns itself off !!! (?)
Alright so here's my problem:
I started my car {Vrrrrrooooooommmmm}, then before I could get my put my hand on the AUTO shifter ****, the Car shut itself off (sounded like when all the power in a house goes out, like a generator powers down).
I dont think its the Battery because all the lights stay on(they dont even flicker) and the radio stays on even after the engine stops.
FYI-I tried starting it 5 times and the same thing happen all 5 times
Do yall have any ideas of what i'm looking at, and approx price?
Thanks in Advance

Try and get it started and running with your foot on the gas for a bit.
See if you can get it to idle once it's running for a few minutes.
And, just for kicks, check and see if you have gas in the tank....

You can do it yourself without any special tools, all you need is a screwdriver. The instructions are here in the stickies, it's really easy:
