I've heard the Folia-tec paint is really good. I've painted them white once already, but they got dirty so quickly. If there was a way to keep them staying shiny white, I would, but I thinking about using red folia tec laquer.

BTW, my car is Neptune blue, and I have white Konig Rated R rims (They say Rated R on one spoke. The R is red).
