Well one is an automatic and one is a manual... what other differences are you asking about?

some consider level 10 auto trannies to be "bullet proof" meaning they can take the abuse..of course IMO, a manual trans is a lot more fun to drive

a built auto is about as bulletproof as a stock 5spd, after what i30krab went through, 2 level 10 trannies, one NHRA or w/e it is.. i'd never build a auto for this car.

Possibly I work at one of the premier race transmission shops in the country? If you want to "find out more" maybe you should specify what it is you are looking for.

You want me to start listing the parts differences? Dimensional differences. Operational differences? Performance differences? Cost differences? Specify please, and don't snap at people who obviously know more than you about the subject at hand when you asked a completely vaque question.

i asked a completely vaque question due to not having the experience in that field.. if i specifically asked level 10 auto transmission.. then a: i know its a level 10, B it is an automatic transmission,..

I truly didnt want to snap back but i took your comment as a smart *** gesture.

What are your goals?

What kind of power levels are you planning on reaching?

IMO 5MT > L10
