Fans dont turn off.....(kinda long)

Alright here goes guys.. my dads 95 GXE has been treating us pretty good since we bought it about 3 years ago. The first major problem it had occured about 2 months ago, when the water pump started leaking. (Prolly just the o-ring right)
Anyways, I ordered the water pump from Nissan along with the o-rings, and gave it to a mechanic. I was really busy at the time, otherwise i would have tried to tackle the job myself, though messing with the timing chain kinda scared me.

So we get the car back, (he changed the t-stat too, even though i changed it 3 months ago) and 5 weeks later their is a small coolant leak. I took the car back to the mechanic and while he is trying to find the leak, I realize that the fans wont turn off. He points out a small crack on the corner of the radiator. I said ok, I will change the radiator myself.

Now that fan problem, when I start the car, the fans are off (normal). If i turn on the A/C, the fans are suppose to turn on right, but they dont (not normal). I let the car warm up, and then when it gets warm the fans will turn on, and will NOT turn off. Even after idling for 30 minutes, or after driving for 30 minutes. They just stay on. And I think they are on the highest speed. I unplugged the electrical connector to the fans and that shut them off. When I turn off the car, the fans also turn off. If i turn on the car, the fans will be off until the car warms up, then the fans will turn on and stay on until the car is turned off again..weird....
This weekend I changed the radiator, and radiator cap, and still same problem.

thnx in advance 4th genners..
