Where is Fuel Pressure Regulator

Guys i was reading about starting problems and i considered thats my Fuel Pressure Regulator went bad so just quick answer please--location under the hood and price approx.

Looking at the engine from front of car, look just to the right of the plenum opening, regulator is round, fuel line feeds into it and then to fuel rails.

Its bronze colored and looks like a big button.
