Here is an interesting situation which is been bothering me for a couple of months and I hope someone can help me... My tranny makes a funny noise, now that the weather is getting warmer I keep my windows cracked most of the time…. so I can hear my car better… when driving around I hear my tranny making a funny noise when it switches gears (Automatic Trans) it sounds kinda like crushing a soda can…its not very loud but it doesn’t sound too healthy.
All you thoughts are greatly appreciated ….

Hmm..that is certainly an odd noise! I know my car makes a slight metallic clunk when shifting. It is not a bad noise, just normal shifting noises. But if your noise really sounds like crushing a soda can, then take your car in to get it checked out!
