I was looking up the 00vi for my 97 maxima and i got two listings, one is Intake manifold, california for 423.71 and then theres one that says intake manifold, federal for like 200 something. why is there such a big difference in price? is it different at all, are they the same

 

is it the upper and lower protions for both? that could make a difference.
california spec is gonna have some type of emissions equipment, i think they are called swirl valves but someone will chime in correctly and tell me if i'm wrong.
i'm not sure how much of a restriction they cause.

You can buy an 00vi from the 4th Gen Classifieds.

 

need more information on both listings to know if they're worth it, and why the price is different. check the 4th gen FS secion, as there is almost always a 00vi kit for sale there.. i think Kevlo911 still has one for sale, and someone else in the classifieds..
