An idea; will this work?

I have raybrig wireless fogs. Im pretty sure the ballast that goes to them went dead. I have a regular GXE, My question being IF I get stock 95-96 foglight connections (The ones on the foglights) And wire them into the harness of the foglights I already have, Put in the relay and switch will they work?

In simple word, Have the oem relay for fogs, oem headlight/foglight switch use oem connections but wire them into the fogs I already have.. Is this even possible? Im not sure If I will burn something by doing this. Wasn't a bad idea just curious.

Donate first and then start a thread. And yes it should fit perfetly.

Now back to the actualy topic of this thread. IMO the stock foglights are the best besides the beam pattern of them.

What the hell are 'wireless fogs'? Why do they have a 'ballast'? They are HIDs if they have a ballast. And if the ballast is burned out, no, of course your idea won't work. Try connecting the fluorescent light in your garage without a ballast. Bbbbbooom!
