What kind of struts you have? Stock or otherwise? I have Intrax springs on mine, but running on stock struts. I think it's almost time for me to replace them. What kind of do you guys have? And how are they, do you like them? I think I'll go with Koni struts. Or should I just replace the springs as well? Any suggestions would help. Thanks.

Looks like a few are/have done what you're doing.

I think Konis would serve you well with the "more severe" drop of Intrax springs....

I'm in the same boat!

I too have Intrax on stock. I wouldn't say I 'have' to get new shocks like you are saying (I was told over 50,000 miles ago that my stock shocks wouldn't last more than 10,000 miles with the Intrax!!), I just can't take the ride anymore. I have been doing my homework and I found (please anyone feel free to add to this) that the best ride with lowering and handling is the H&R/Tokico combo. So that's what I'm going with (probably some time this summer). I will really miss the low look of the Intrax (although I have to admit it will be nice to not scrape my nose as much). So did I answer your question? Probably not. If you want a nicer ride, dich the Intrax and get shocks and springs together (H&R/Tokicas, H&R/Konis), or if you are simply getting new shocks/struts, get Tokicas or Konis. Just my opinion - do your homework first - but I am sharring what I got from my homework. Good luck and let me know what you decide!

Thanks. Yes, your info did help a bit. I too thought about going with the H&R with Konis. The ride is just too much for me too. And if you want that even lower look, you can always get a whole Stillen aerokit. It would make your car look lower than it is. Currently with my Intrax and Stillen front lip spoiler, I scrap quite often. Especially, with the horrible roads here in New Orleans. Low looks good, but down here, we got to watch out for the floods!

I know Bill, but the search option has been acting up lately. Last few times I tried, it came up with nothing. Maybe it works now, who knows. I remembered searching for my own username, for example, and it came up with "no match". Ok...thanks anyway though. Btw, I always do search first, unless the search function is acting up. I didn't this time though because I never had good result with the search thingamagig.

I think the INTRAX with KONIs are fine...

I just (re)set my rears to near full stiff(about 100 degree turn away from full stiff) and I think it's too much stiffer and little in terms of payoff in handling compared with full soft which I had earlier... I'm probably gonna take the backs out again and have them reset to 50%...

BTW, the Fronts DO make a HUGE difference in handling when you adjust them up from full soft... I have mine set to about 180 degrees from full stiff... they're easy to adjust anyways...
