That's going to be a surface mount LED. If you are going to be doing an LED interior conversion then just say so because the above link will not provide you with a single bulb that is compatible with a custom LED job that I have seen.

Why not? I was gonna use the 194 LED's from autolumination for the gauges. Thought that was right?

The 194 LED bulbs are a 5-way beam pattern due to the fact that light dispersion in LEDs is highly linear. Their filament-style conterparts, however, provide a much more uniform light dispersion and look infintley superior to the LED bulbs. Just use Polarg 194 bulbs. I have tired a plethora of different bulbs and found that none light as effecitvley as the Polargs.

So the polarg's are gonna give me the best white light? I wouldn't have guessed. Where'd you get yours? CM?

These are the white WLEDx5 bulbs from superbrightleds.com. You can see a few hot spots, but both that and the slight blue tint seem to disappear as the car warms up. I like 'em. And you can't notice the hot spots nearly as much the darker it is outside.

Are those the same as the Single LED wedge base bulbs from the same site I linked to earlier? They have the inverted cone on the top. If they are, I have 5 extra white ones I'll send you for free. The hots spots are much more noticable in that pic than they really are, so I don't care enough to bother switching them over. PM me if your interested.

I guess u guys dont get what i want to do... It should work above my head and to the right/forward are 2 lights for the driver and passanger inside there is a reflective metal peice that should be enought to bounce the light around to where i want it. But i dont think its a 194 but i dont know that anyway i wanted to do this mod for a possible better light area and more clear light instead of halogen how it creats that anoying glow. Anyway thanks

sorry, I didni't read the post from the beginning. I looked everywhere but couldn't find a bulb to fit that light. Good luck.

FYI, I tried an LED in the overhead dome light, the one behind the sun roof, and it looked cool, but didn't light up squat and was pretty much ineffective.
