Is any wobble in the acc belt tensioner acceptable or does this mean its on its way out? Mines got a small wobble (~1-2mm) whenever the belt load changes (e.g. fan kicks in/out)

I'm trying to track down an intermittent kinda squirly noise that always disappears when I go looking for it.
