adjusting cefiro vertically

Can anyone tell me how to aim the cefiro light down? I played around with the long screw but I found that one is adjusting horizontally. Thanks.

I heard somewhere that they don't adjust vertically...could be a rumor. Cefiros have horrible light output anyways.

It is the short one. for driver side, left is down, right is up. It's weird.

It's the other one. The one you point out is not even a screw/bolt.

Is there really a difference between the aftermarket Cefiros and the OE versions? Does anyone have pics of the beam pattern as a comparison. I'm seriously considered buying a pair so I'd like to know what the deal is.
