Headlight Frame

What's the trick in getting the black part of the headlights back on. Its the black frame the lights mount on. I already broke and cracked the side of the headlight trying to get them back in. They popped out easy enough, now that I am done with HID setup I cannot get them back on. What's the secret.....
Thanks for any assistance......

should just be clips from the aiming assembly that poke into square holes on the back of the headlight and clip in there.

there are two 8mm bolts that you need to take off to get the two pieces apart, and then disconnect the one aiming clip from the opposite side. They go together in reverse order.
