2 alarm light's
2 alarm light's
1 light in my car is the red factory indicator light that is ALWAYS blinking and the other 1 is the purple viper alarm light that stays lit. Why is this and could it be causingmy battery to drain?
EDIT: no i just realized they are both blinking but my car doesn't have alarm just keyless and remote start. I don't even have the horn unber the hood. Shouldn't they both just be disabled?

The factory keyless can be disabled by disconnecting the controller box in the trunk, on the right side by the jack behind the trunk lining. It blinks to show it's armed when the car is locked, and when the car's unlocked AFAIK it still blinks (not sure, I wired my remote start alarm light into the stock light panel).
The factory keyless acts as an 'alarm' by flashing the lights and activating the horn when a door, the trunk, or the hood is opened while the car is locked without using the key. The chances of two little LEDs causing your battery to drain isn't very likely unless it sits still for a long time since they draw such little power.
