Arrrgh.. thought that fixed everything(squeaking problem)

Today was a warm day so i decided to drive around the town so as it was warm i rolled down front windows and mentioned that passanger side front wheel squeaking a little but ONLY on speed below ~10 miles/h. I couldnt hear it before in winter time because my windows was always up and you just can't hear it inside of the car.
Any thoughts what it might be? (another day off will be spend on fixing that or not? )

How are the brakes? Some pads start to squeel when they are almost shot. Also cheaper brake pads have been known to squeek or squeel. I had that problem on my last car so I upgraded to ceramic and the squeeks and squeels stopped.

Yes guys brakes sucks prv. owner put in new rotors and pads they are cheap. One on the back already warped and grinding+hitting brake pedal.
I have no money to change them for now but i will soon.
