Ben's stand points are the ones I use, the front ones I usually put on the bigger metal piece but you get the idea.

Ben's stand points at the rear, look awfully close to the vulnerable handbrake cables!

I cut a piece of 2x4 about four inches long and cut a groove in it with a table saw wide enough to fit the metal channel. By using the 2x4 with the groove on the factory jack points, the metal goes in the groove and it can't bend out of shape. They sell these as well, they are rubber I believe, and have a groove for the channel. For the money they charge I just copied the design with 2x4s. No more bent up jack points and can be used over and over, I keep mine with spare tire or jack.
