How do I change the FOG lamp bulbs?
You take the 2 screws out in front, then the whole lamp should come off. Then you turn and remove the plastic housing and the bulb is exposed. You then grab the metal wire and try to "un-hook" it. Then you unhook the wire from the bulb. Once you do that you can take out the bulb. Then replace with the H3. And you're done.
No need to take it out, you can replace the bulb with everything still mounted up. Unscrew that top plastic cover, unplug the positive lead from the wiring harness, unplug the ground, move the retaining spring/wire out of the way, then the bulb comes right out.
Hell, I don't even have screws accessible from the outside to take the fogs out.

Looking at the backside of the foglamp, you will see a large round black cover with the wires coming out of it. Turn this cover a quarter-half turn and it will come loose. There is a retaining spring that is locked into a slot. This spring holds the H3 bulb in place. Unplug the pigtail wire connector from the H3 bulb, unhook the retaining spring and remove the bulb. The H3 bulb grounds into the housing of the lamp and the pigtail wire is the hot signal. Remember to not touch the bulb glass of the new bulb while installing it. The H3 bulb keys into the housing, so you shouldn't have any problems getting it oriented correctly.
To reassemble, reverse my directions.

Absolutely simple. Just be careful...I'm running with one bolt cause apparently the body shop welded the other screw on when I got the bumper replaced. I broke it putting in a new bulb because they didnt f'n tell me!!! But anyways...its simple.

Remove the two bolts, and the foglamp should come out. Be careful not to let it hit the ground, you could crack it.
