RPMs at Idle

After doing a TB clean w/some gumout TB cleaner (couldn't find any valvoline), the idle seems to be acting weird. Normal idle is 650 for me. However, when slowing down for a light etc, the idle won't drop down from ~800-850 until about 2-3 seconds after a complete stop. I don't remember it doing that. Also, when I shift from D to R, the idle will jump up to like 1100 then go back down. FYI I did the TB clean about a month ago.

Anyone know what's up? Or is this how it should be?

I'm curious to see what people think about this as I have the same problem. The idle floats about 1000rpm until the car comes to a complete stop, then it drops to a normal idle (650-700.) I had this same problem with a '78 280Z and never figured it out....pretty annoying.

mine stays constantly at 900 but I just got a code for misfire # 1 so I'm not driving it. Seems the fuel injector#1 is no good anymore. I'm going to have to change it ASAP..

I had a 3 part fuel system job done about 2 weeks ago which included cleaning the throttle body and intake manifold. My car has been doing the same thing since I got it done so I guess it's normal.
