i've recently developed this sound too. it comes from the passenger's side front wheel area. it squeaks when i drive over certain bumps. i haven't had a chance to crawl under the car to look for anything suspicious, but i'm gonna take a guess and say its a bushing.

that's usually more of a clunking sound, not really a squeak. (it's hard to describe weird car noises )

I have a 97 SE with 119k and discovered the same squeaking noise in the front passenger's side around the 90k mark. As it turns out, it ended up being a bad lower control arm which in turn wreaked havoc on my wheel bearing. The lower control arm cost me $165 on the net, and wheel bearing cost me $140 locally. I did all the work myself. It took around 4.5 hours from start to finish. After I was finished, all the squeaking went away. Hope it helps!! Nissan for life!!

i have a noise that sounds like it hops and its coming from the front passenger side. i had this problem for a while already. i fixed the control arm and it didn't help. ill take any other suggestions that would help fix this problem.

my shocks are bad all around. i dont know if that adds on to cause that problem.

I got a mouse in the exact spot. I first noticed it after the car was parked for a week. I'm thinking of using some RAID or just changing all the damn bushings when I change my suspension.
