Get it fixed now or risk blowing up the tranny internals (and tripling the repair costs).

I can't afford to fix it, The limit to transmission stuff i can do is clutch or i would have it on jack stands right now doing it...
i just want to know if there is anything that will stop or atleast slow the leak.

it has a nice writeup of a 5spd rebuild.

Affordable or not, you need it fixed soon. If you pull it and take it to a tranny shop the bill should be around $500 for a bearings/seals rebuild. Doing just the diff bearings (what the Motorvate.ca site shows) is about half that. If this tranny lasted a reasonably long time (say, 100k), it probably doesn't need the shims changed, which makes the job even more DIY-able. Synchros are generally not necessary.
If you wait, driving may damage the gear teeth and those gears will need replacing at around $200/each. Definitely no hard launches or full-throttle acceleration if you intend to get this one fixed. Extra damage here is much more costly than credit card interest.

If you recognize carrier bearing failure early, doing what the Motorvate.ca site shows is usually enough.
You are going to destroy your trans if you keep driving with worn out diff bearings, look at the I30 section there is a good thread with pics of this. Should be on first couple pages....I think it is KRZ350...
go take a look at car-part.com, you should be able to pick up a trans for pretty cheap off there, its not worth rebuilding it will cost you quite a bit more. For now, you can continue to keep topping off the fluid but eventually it WILL destroy your trans. The bearing will fall apart and get all over the insides. That happened on mine, kept running it with the bad bearings, by time i got it apart there were pieces of the bearings all over in there, i got lucky though and they didn't damage the gears

The risk is actually from the play in the differential - the teeth will break where the differential meshes with the mainshaft because they aren't being held with the proper spacing.
Here's another example of how bad bearings becomes much worse:

That's where the fluid is leaking from...but before you know it, it will leak again. Replacing the seal, only bandaids the fix - for a short short time. The underlying problem is the bearings allowing play in the axle, and WILL damage the new seal in no time. In my case, it took an hour on a highway before the seal was already bad again...and pouring fluid in my driveway. That was a lot of fun.

thanks guys... i called the transmission shop that replaced the seal and asked if i could get atleast a partial refund.
they said the transmission fluid that is leaking is just from what dripped on the frame when they pulled out the axle, i told them they are wrong but of course, nothing is going as planned thus far..
thanks again guys

It seems like a pretty good deal too - $250 for everything inlcuding labor? Not bad if that's the case.
Good luck bro.
