First try checking for a parasitic charge. If you can't find one then check your alternator. You can have it tested at AutoZone for free.

Check your electronic equipment, something isn't turning off all the way.
If it's anly going dead while sitting, it's definately not your alternator.

with all your aftermarket electrical stuff anything would be drawing power. Maybe drawing it while its off. Something could be on stand-by mode but not actually be off.

best way to test this is remove your postive terminal off. get an AMP meter, have 1 end touch the battery terminal and another end touch the postive cable. turn everything off on your car and see how many amps its currently drawing. generally a car could have about maybe .5 amp of draw with the car completely off. But if you noticed anything high then you need to start looking for where the draw is.

A draw from a glove box light being on constantly is enough to drain a battery within 3 days.

Anything is possible. Disconnect your postive terminal and hook an ammeter in series with the wire and the battery. See what kind of draw you have. If it is more than a few milliamps start unhooking things and see what causes the draw to change.
If there isn't much amp draw then use the voltage function of the meter to check out the charging of the alternator

make sure your head unit is completely off when ur key is out of the ignition. i had the same problem with my battery going dead after 2 days.
my headunit somehow would stay on. not completely on, but not completely off. since it wasnt turned off, juice was still flowing to the headunit and the amp, killing the battery. i just reset the headunit and it was fixed.
good luck!
