Try pulling the fuse out, if there is one. You might not have any keyless entry either...

check your battery connections.

If your alarm losses power for a second it'll sound once its reconnected.

my ground connector was loose, and I had the same problem, but it was obvious b/c all my settings on the headunit would get reset.

Mine always goes off too. But thats cause I did that stupid shock sensor mod. Since then it goes off all the time. When i'm at school I literally get at least one person a day coming into my class to tell me my alarm is going off. If someone is bassing a mile away, it goes off. Or if it rains hard enough, it goes off. Or if a big truck passes by, it goes off. I got to pull it out or turn the sensitivity all the way down.

You guys should really invest in another alarm, i just put on the prestige aps-997 and it's a very good alarm. I have more shock sensors installed, i have keyless entry, and auto-start. Since i have auto start i also had 2 safety switches installed(meaning you can't start the car in gear, if you put it in gear it dies, touch the brake-it dies, etc) it's a very good investment i guess so much more safety then the stock one. I mean you get a two-way LCD pager and all. 300 for all this is worth it.

Alarm

Check the alarm sensor in the engine compartment...had the same problem with the alarm going off in the middle of the night...I disconnected the sensor and cleaned the connection. Also put in some spacers to raise it up...problem solved!!

It was an aftermarket shock sensor that I wired in to the stock alarm. The stock alarm does not have a shock sensor. If you are interested in doing it, I'm pretty sure it's in the stickies so check it out.

Fuse

Just take the fuse out. This shouldnt hinder any other thing on your car, unless you have keyless entry. If not, pull the fuse
