Spring rate questions?

Hey whats up guys? So i ordered a set of Ksport coilovers. The springs come at a 9/6 rate. I found out that I can get a custom spring rate if I want it. Should i get a differnt rate? Should i keep the one it comes with? If I get a different rate what are you recommendations? What are the advantes/disadvantages of higher/lower spring rates? Thanks for the help.

B, I believe the higher the rate the stiffer the spring/ride. http://www.whiteline.com.au/faqsprings.htm#What is "Spring Rate" and why should I know about it?. But the rate you got should be fine since I believe the struts are adjustable. Right now I'm visiting the folks in NY. I can't see how anyone would have a lowered max here..roads are horiffic.

Thats cool ill read up when i get a chance. I believe you are right about how im fine with what i got and yes the struts are adjustable. I want a stiff ride and i want one thats confortable. I know i have to sacrifice one for the other but i dont want to harsh a ride since this is my daily driver.
