Wiring/Illumination Question for Bi-Xenon H4 Bulbs
Sloppy recently installed Cefiro smoked headlamp housings on the '97 I30t (love the 100% fit 
).
When Bi-Xenon H4 bulbs are wired correctly, is only one filament in the bulb lit for low beam and high beam illumination each?
In other words, when Sloppy turns on the high beams, should just the high intensity filament be lit
or do both filaments light up on High beam 
?
