is this a rear main seal leak?

just started to notice some weepage around this black metal cover on the bottom side of where i think the bellhousing meets with the engine block. is this rear main seal leakage?...

That is a little flywheel cover. Undo those two 10MM bolts and have a look for yourself.

If the rear main was leaking you'd see fluid around that hole. That's what it's there for.
