If it happens once the car starts but immediate goes away then its nothing. Just cold starting that's it. My drive belts are brand new and it does that. It never comes back until the car sits for about more than 2 days

This is a starter issue. The grease in the starter has hardened and it squeeks. It happened on mine and I replaced the starter and the noise went away. Do a search (I'm to lazy to find it myself) and there is a write up on how to take your starter apart and regrease it. (I think it's in one of the Sticky posts...)

dont think its the starter off the bat, if her car has an ajustable pully like our maximas then you need to try and tighten up the tensioner, i had the same problem and i changed my belts and still had the same problem. But then i thought about it and tighten the crap out of the tensioner and now it makes no noise

Its not nothing, its your belts. Take it to the mechanic and they will tighten the belts for you, after that you wont hear anything at startup.

^^^ Even if they are brand new, the tension is more than likely the cause.

But when you feed them and the engine gets warm you end up with cheese on everything!

That's been my problem then! I need to spray some cheese wiz in their and clean everything out (better than SeaFoam IMO). I'm also thinking about changing the wheel size to add more boost.

My car does this on all cold starts, usually just a quick chirp and then gone. If you do end up finding it is the belt tension. Remember not to over tighten this can be baaaaad!!!!

with all these belt threads that have been popping up, Nissan should just use an auto tensioner

Exactly, its the samething with mines. Its just a quick squeal on start up and thats it, its over and done I don't hear from it until the car has be sitting for 4 days at best.
