www.oxygensensors.com have them for 60 bucks and autozone has the direct replacement for about 85 bucks.

here's a stupid Q:
Is there a way to find out if my car is pre 6/96, or post 6/96?
Sticker on the door?

I think they have free shipping for all purchases over $50.

Since you guys are so generous with answering all the Qs, here's another one
Is is generally good idea to change them all out at a time(all three)
or two upstream,
or just the one failed?

thx

I would wait until they throw a code, I wouldn't change the rear one b/c it doesn't have to do anything with performance or mileage.

Does it matter? I would go to a part store and see what they have in their computer.

you want the one the code is throwing which should be a front 02 code. the 2 up front are the same ones just different locations.

The reason Im asking for the pre or post 6/96 is because the www.oxygensensors.com is asking me for that.
I guess there is a diff.
Yes, the front is throwing the code.

Just called the dealer; they tell me that left and right bank O2 sensors are different!
The web site only lists them as O2sensors - no mention if left or right.

'96 here. Which O2 is left, and which is right? Pertaining to front of course, but my engine is sideways and my y pipe is lateral. what a really really crappy way to designate front 2 O2 sensors lol
