shifting problems

When driving like a regular person and shifting around 3000 the car shifts fine. But when im going hard when i shift from 2nd to 3rd it grinds.... Im hitting it in the right spot because it was not doing this a month ago and only does it when you getting about 4000-6000rpm, any thoughts

Your synchros are getting old. Same thing happens to me... if I hit the gear quickly it doesn't grind but if I shift relaxed at redline it does.

Possibly, but MT90 is actually supposed to accelerate synchro wear... I would go with Amsoil synthetic stuff.

What makes MT90 wear out synchros? Just wondering, because I flushed the gearbox and replaced with MT90 2 weeks ago and now you have me thinking if I made a bad move.
