Re-grease starter

So,

I'm planning on doing this, as my starter gets stuck sometimes. However, is there a good step-by-step kinda procedure of how this is done? The one in the stickies doesn't seem to describe it in great detail.

Thanks

Found another write-up

This also looks like a really great write-up.

As for the type of grease, one should be able to use any regular wheel bearing grease.
