Does anyone know where I can order the OEM Cd changer? Also, looking for some of those cool clear corner lenses.

Get the clear corners on Ebay for like no more then $40 dollars,You can pay retail and go to a Nissan dealer for the CD changer,I don't know any places to get it other then that though.
