how do i get the hu stereo out?

how do i get the hu stereo out?

i cant figure out how to get the stereo out. i took off the two bolts that hold the dash piece (to the right and left of the ashtray), and i took the right bolt out of the ashtray, i cant figure out whats still holding it in there. does anyone know how to get the stereo out?

well beside the couple screws by the ash tray that are holding the bottom of the whole radio console thing, it has a ledge that u have to pull the ash tray out a little and like wiggle the radio to get it off of it. and of coarse the 2 screws up top right under the air vents

You have to remove the center air vents to access the top of the console housing. I think there's a sticky.

i didnt find any stickies on removing the vents? its probably pretty simple, could someone just tell me where to pull?

You don't have to remove the air vents. The air vent assembly is held in place with small snap retainers. You basically have to just PULL on the bottom edge to UNSNAP it and then you will see the screws.
