Anyone ever do a water pump?

So my water pump just went on my car and was wondering if anyone ever did it and how hard it is. I thought I read somewhere that is is almost easier to swap an engine but I can't remember. But if anyone has done it or had a shop done it let me know how much/how difficult.

I saw that earlier but also would like to know how long it took and about the difficulty.
