check your clutch slave.
Usually when it is going bad, you start to lose pressure and once its messed up, the pedal wont even come up anymore./

i noticed mine seems to engage farther up now, my clutch has 182,000 miles on it, not sure if it is actually engaging farther up maybe its just me but it engages about 3/4 the way up

u might have air in ur clutch lines, or the clutch may just need to be replaced with that many miles on it.

Same thing here, mine engages like about an 1in before i fully let go. Just 5 more days for my 5th gen clutch(plus ss clutch line hope it helps). Mine also makes kinda this whinning noise when it engages...i think that's my TOB or just the clutch really needs to be replaced.
