more evap problems!!! HELP!

so after i got the codes for evap and evap flow/control you guys told me to blow out that white valve in the rear. I did so and black charcoal came out. and a good amount. so i thought i was good. i drove it for a while no cel i was feeling really good. now after 50-60 miles the light comes back. same two codes. i reset the ecu just to make sure and sure enough 60 miles later the same codes. Before this when i first recieved the codes and i would reset the ecu it would take 5 or less minutes for the codes to appear. no it seems like by cleaning out that valve the only thing it did was lengthen the time it takes to throw the same damn codes. anyone have any ideas.

the codes are 01 11 evap control/ flow and i think the other was 07 05 but dont quote me on the second one. either way they have been the same two codes the entire time

thanks guys, i really gotta fix this soon as inspection is due.

I have the same problem. I took it to maximum tuning and jeff told me to replace that valve. I did this, however, the code still comes up. I was told by someone, when you change the valve, you have to change the canister also. Before I go buying a bunch of parts, how do i make sure what it is. This code is called the jackpot code because it can be one of many things. Whats the best thing to take care of this?

I'm working through his now. If you had charcoal pouring out of your system like I did a new canister will be needed and likely the valve too. When the element in side has degraded to the point where it fills the rest of the EVAP system it is in need of replacement.

With the cleaning of the white piece like appleman did, how do you get that out. Do you just undo the hoses on it and take it out, or do you have to do anything before that like pulling a fuse to release pressure??? Thanks

I am throwing an evap code also, I'm confident (and hoping) the problem can be resolved with cleaning out various parts.

Working on the car tommorow and will keep you guys updated and with pics.

So i took the white piece off and blew that out with air, no carbon came out. Put it all back together hoping it would help, but to no avail. Any other possible solutions that you can think of?
