Stock Air Filter Cleanable or not?

Is the stock air filter cleanable/reusable or not? If so how do I go about that

No.........If you want to cleanable filter do yourself a favor and buy a K&N

Basically, it is not cleanable. But my technician uses high pressure air to blow it from the opposite side of air flow. It would remove some largeer particles.

They are pretty cheap, it probaly isn't worth cleaning. I just bought a K&N filter, should be good for a while.

Don;t use compressed air to clean your air filter. It enlarges the holes in the paper and lets dirt into the engine. The factory filters have to be replaced with new ones and can not be cleaned and reused. A new one is only about $10 dollars. A K&N that you can clean and reuse is about $40 dollars.

factory air filter = paper air filter = melts in water = non-cleanable.

bought an OEM filter for about 10 bucks, should be good for a while...
