Rear Wheel Bearing WTF?
Rear Wheel Bearing WTF?
The passenger's side rear wheel bearing is starting to get noisy, so I go to the parts store to get a new one... but they don't even have a listing!
I looked online at parts store, and they only offer the bearing/hub assembly for around $110.
What's up with this? Can you not just buy and install the bearing? Heck, I've got a shop press?
Thanks!

I have searched for the bearings as well. No luck, only available new by purchasing the hub assembly. Aftermarket is the same deal.
Buy some good low mileage used ones from a salvage yard. I did, and they worked great. They are easy enough to install to gamble on used ones.

Midway Nissan (midwaynissan.com) lists them at $85.29 w/o ABS and $86.08 W ABS. Not bad when you consider the front bearings are around $30 + $10 each for the seals and then you have to press the old ones out and the new in...
