Are there any how-to's for replacing the steering wheel? Is it a difficult procedure?

havnt seen any. you really shouldnt replace your steering wheel...unless your just putting a new one in that was the same as the old(maybe old one ripped or something)? cause if u change it and take out the airbag you probably wont pass inspection. there were other reasons i was told never to replace a steering wheel, but with my short term memory i dont remember them. i just remember its not a good idea.
