Stereo does not work - Fuses?

I turned on my car this morning and the speakers did not work for any option of the stereo. Tape, Radio, CD etc. Could this be a fuse problem (if so please indicate what fuse slot and voltage because my fuse box list is MIA 1995 maxima SE), and if it is not a fuse problem please give me any course of action I could take to determining the problem and solution to it.

thanks in advance!!

Fader position, speakers blown??? You need to give us more information. Is it a stock radio, aftermarket? More information needed and maybe we can help you.

I already fooled with the fader and balance, they are fine. It is a stock Bose radio with stock speakers and stock head unit. I haven't ruled out that the speakers are not blown.

It could be the radio itself. The crappy Bose systems in Nissans are terrible and usually don't last that long. That is why most people just remove it and upgrade to a better stereo. In fact, when I got my car, the Bose only stayed in the car about a week at the most before I removed it.

Its the Rear Speakers. I had the same problem. Unplug them then replace the 15 Watt Fuse and it shoudl work fine. You just need to replace them. if its not the rears its the fronts but the rears are easier to diganose.

make sure it isn't a wire shorting out the speakers ( I had this issue on my 94 accord)...
because of 1 speaker shorting out, all 4 would stop emitting sound.. .make sure you don't have loose wires near the speakers...

look in the center row, i believe it's either the 3rd or 4th fuse down from the top. One is labeled "audio" and one is labeled "bose". check them both. i can't remember exactly which one, but it's one of the two ( i think it's the 'audio' fuse that protects the speakers). if you replace the fuse and it blows again, there's something wrong with one of your amps and you need to disconnect them until you find the faulty one. if the fuse blows again, begin checking the rear amps first.
