Steering issues

Recently, I installed my D2 suspension back in and had the passenger side axle replaced because of clunking...

Not long after that ( maybe 1 week), my driver side axle started clunking when I go in reverse???

that isn't my main concern..

my main concern is, now, whenever I turn right, coming out of the turn, when the car is supposed to be going straight, well, the car IS going straight but the steering is off... it's actully turned to the right, approx at 2 o'clock ( picture a clock face and noon is center and 2 o'clock is how much it's off). Eventually after driving for like 5-10 minutes of going straight, it will correct itself..
while the steering is leaning to the right, if I try to bring it back to center, the car will start leaning to the left...

what can be causing this?
should I be fearing for my life in case my wheels will fly off while driving?
could this be related to the alignment? I highly doubt it since if it was alignment related, the steering will remain crooked until realignment.

HELP!
