People with D2 or Ksport coilovers. Is your spring isolator holding up?
SubscribeI barely drive my maxima as is, but the upper spring isolators are getting chew up. Did anyone find a better solution. I did put some preload on the springs but these isolators are so thin. Once the car turns, they just get all rip up.
Yes, mine are beginning to tear apart. I might try and find some beefier ES Isolators but i'm not sure what size to get.
If you happened to find some good replacement, please PM me.

Do you have any photos of yours being tore up i'd like to see what it looks like and exactly what issues your having. I want to get D2s so i'm curious. Thanks
Mine are starting to crack a little bit, but thats about it. Ive got probably about 15k miles on them.

they're a softer metal on the boss chens.. so they do an excellent job in preventing the spring from binding up.. no noises from the springs..

You can see some cracking and wearing in them, right now they make a lot of noise when turning, they need to be cleaned out/replaced. I'm probably going to try some ES Isolators.

Maybe he should start selling the isolators separate for us other coilover guys. Originally Posted by 1FSTMAX
