I am just wondering how long some of you have gone without driving your maxima. I lost my license for a year yeah drove it a couple times without one cuz i couldn't help[ myself on those nice days. untill i got pulled over without one im going on 9 months now, because i finally got it back, and i drive my maxima ONE TIME and the clutch goes out but this sat i am getting it fixed and installing a new short throw im soooo excited. so yeah how long have you gone????

 

1 year 3 months, after I wreck it and bought another one

 

8 hours, when I sleep or im at work is the only time my max doesnt get my attention.

 

im goin on my 2nd consecutive day, im goin crazy.

 

I haven't driven my max for a week straight during spring break... broke my heart

 

I have a six month license suspension...it is horrible

 

My car was down for about three months until I decided that it needed a new battery and put that ish in.

 

well longest ive not had it is a month, but right now im on two weeks, and if i add it all together in the year and two months ive had it its been undrivable for like 4 or 5 months...pretty sad

 

3 weeks when the immobolizer drove the mechanics crazy.

 

About a month. But that wasn't bad as when I went to Bolivia for 2 weeks... those taxi drivers drive me insane!!! I couldn't wait to get back into my max.

just 1 day for me and it felt like a year... i love my max.

 

Since March 4th..... when I got the new car.

 

About a week while I was on vacation. Got up at 4:00 in the morning just to drive it before I left

 

about a 3 weeks, gotta say after that much time away from the max, never realized how great of a car it really was

 

months... i didnt bring it with me to school last year, hahha nevr again

 

like 3 months at the most... cuz away for school.. very happy to come back home to my max!

 

I didn't realize how much I'd miss driving my Max. My longest time was two months when I shipped it from Germany. Its now been 8 days and I'm tired of this Volvo.

 

went to europe for a month.......did not miss it at all

 

Now that's true love!

Edit: For me, around 4 days when I went to DisneyLand. Seeing all those open highways in US made me think about ripping down them in the Max

A month here and there, with a couple day(s)-week long downtime to repair or upgrade my max. Longest DIY downtime - about a week with my suspension.
When I first got my Maxima though, I couldn't really drive it daily for at least a month when the dealer I bought the car from had to keep replacing the transmissions. THAT, was torture.

 

well now i'm goin on my 3rd day.....my clutch went out and it looks like she may be down for about a month ;(

 

Motherf*ck! I jixed myself, right when I mention this, my immobolizer kicked in and now the damn car won't start. F*CK!

4 months when i went to school and didn't take it with me. would have loved to have it out there.

 

every time I get Deployed I dont drive my max. happes a couple times a year.
so happy when I get home .

 

I havn't driven my 96 since last oct 8th. Thats because it's in a million pieces.

 

wow...just...wow, haha i am at a complete loss for words, but wtf does this have to do with 4th gens?

 

One week, seized up hub. Was the best week, but was damn fun when I finally had everything replaced.
