help w/ cf hood

im having trouble finding a cf hood... redlinemax says itll be quite sometime before they can produce any b/c of carbon shortage... so( i out this in for sale section but got no responses) is there anyone who would wanna sell theres or know of a place i can maybe have one custom made or whatever... my hood is rottin out and looks horrible so i wanna throw somethin on it, thanks

it should be a good quality hood....you won't get a whole lot cheaper than that.

Is CF so much better than GF? I once put a whole GF flip-over front on a Mini. Replaces hood, wings, grille area and bumper. It was lightweight and gave good service. Does nobody produce GF hoods for our wheels at a more reasonable price? It's not exactly rocket science. Anyone with a bit of experience in lamination work could knock a few out. Only nuisance is making the mould, and a hood is a very simple shape to work with. I don't think a GF hood would cost more than $70 in materials. Maybe a lot less.

i got mine hood from ebay and its awesome. they make it for u right when u ordered.
