Summer is here A/C stinks, any solutions?

Guys I need help.
I've checked this page http://www.greghome.com/images/Maxim...uctions-02.jpg
and it says that we have an air cond. filter so i took the glove box off and found nothing, no filters not even a filter cover.
So i guess it was only an option for I30 fine then, but how to get rid of that nasty smear coming from my heater or/and A/C.

I had the same problem and I tried running Febreze through the vents, and apparently 10 years of the previous owner smoking and farting in it was too much. Good luck to you though...

vents right below wiper outside the car on driver side. Get car warm, turn heat aell the way up and blower on high. Hit that vent with a cleaner, i use ozium. You want a cleaner that kills bacteria, there are many types. Ozium is small and i can keep it in my car and do this once a month. Run on freeway to get rid of the smell. That should help.

I would turn on the car put the fan on FULL blast and spray a bunch of Lysol in that b!tch, put it on the vents on the putside, that should kill any bacteria, bug etc...It will also smell good, especially if you get it with a lime smell. I would do this multiple times on different days....If that doesn't work do the same thing, but use RAID instead if Lysol
