Misfire on #6?

Misfire on #6?

what could cause this code to come up? the coil pack maybe? and if anyone knows which pack #6 is i would love to know thanks guys

yes that would be a coilpack the firing order when standing in front of the car is i believe...

Or it could be as simple as a blown spark plug... or it could be a stuck valve.

only reason i think it may be the coil pack is because i've heard or thought i did that 1999's had problems with these of course i could be wrong

yeah the can have problems... Ive heard the same but my are fine after 120k.

I had a misfire code couple weeks ago on cylinder 5 i changed the coilpack and did all the spark plugs while i was in there no more codes and the cars running smooth again....

just swap out the coil pack for one on another bank. I have the same issue with #6 and I'm banking that its an injector. when I pulled the plug out there is no sign of fuel ever making it into the chamber. I guess its time to pull the injector out and test it. BTW... the Techron fuel injector cleaner did nothing.
