Squeaky Struts/schocks

Anyone know a remedy for squeaky shocks? Mine are blown and I know it, but they'll be that way for a while so if I could get rid of that annoying squeek it'd be great. No big deal if I can't, but thought I'd see at least.

Thanks,

Capitone

I just asked this in a post a couple days ago and someone said they spray some autozone auto lubrication on them. I'm gonna be picking some up today and giving it a shot.

Appreciate the offer, but the set I have were used and bought off the org. My next set will be some true aftermarket equipment, until then, I just want to get rid of this annoying "dog with squeaky toy" sound.

I just had my rear shocks changed to kyb gr-2s and they squeak a lot. Is this normal? or should I try some lubrication spray on them also?

My mechanic did the work so I can't say for sure what he used. The noise is more like a creaking sound than a squeaking sound.

I had a similiar problem after I changed my shocks. It turns out it was my right body bushing (not sure if that is the official name). I just sprayed some wd-40 and the noise instantly went away.
