es motor/tranny mounts..

Well i wanted to get some es motor mounts and tranny mount because mine are completely shot. But because i am automatic what do i do with the front motor mount because that is electronically controlled, and stiffens when necessary ?

ES insert won't fit into the front auto mount. There was one guy that did it, but he had to fold some metal into the front mount so the ES insert would fit.

You could just get a manual mount from a scrap yard and have the es insert put in it. Then, install it and leave the electrical connector dangling and just live with the CEL code.

i guess thats what ill have to do ill be going to manual soon enough anyway. But how hard is it going to be to do the mounts while the engine is in the car because i dindt have the money at the time i did the engine swap and now i feel like im going to regret it :\

Should be straight forward. I got some es mounts already pressed into the mount housing sitting in my garage. Basically all you have to do is jack up the car, support the tranny/engine with a jack and then remove the cross member. I'm not worried about the install.
