Measure the tube its going on, measure the space it needs to fit in, pick a shape/style you like, then buy the biggest one that fits that criteria.

Sometimes bomz pipes are smaller than 3"...some CAI are 2.5" some are 2.75" so the only way to get it right is to get the CAI 1st then measure it.

Well you can buy the filter at an auto parts store. But as everyone said buy the cai first then measure to be sure of the width.

Just bring the tube into autozone, pay, open, fits = keep not fit = exchange =)

You don't like the CAI from K&N?

1st, I dont think K&N makes a CAI for our car.

2nd, Piping is piping (filters...totally different) so even if K&N did make a CAI for us it wouldbe expensive as (insert your choice of word here) when i would much rather spend what the $130 I just saved buying the ebay brand and throwing a good filter on it.

That kinda sounds like a pain in the a**, ill just try to buy an ebay CAI with the k&n filter together so there is not confusion.

It cant hurt. And then down the road you could get a K&N. Then if it needed to be cleaned you wouldnt have any down time while its drying.
