Not to mention I bought Power Slot rotors and they last me less then 3 years before warping...I guess it's back to the OEM ones.

Time isn't really a good measure. How many miles did you put on it in 3 years? How many brake jobs? And how hard to you brake? Someone who brakes alot harder than the average driver is going to create alot more heat than someone who IS an average driver. Water can also be an issue, going through a cold puddle right after you've been braking hard isn't very good for the life of them. 3 years for me is about 90k miles, I wouldn't be upset about rotors lasting that long, especially since I do drive harder than "average" whatever that is lol.

I don't drive hard, but I wouldn't say I drive like an old lady or anything...3 years is MAYBE 40 000 km (~25 000 miles). No break jobs in the last three years, and the stock rotors last me the first 5 odd years (100 000km / ~62 000 miles) and were only replaced because I thought the Power Slots would improve the braking (which I didn't notice). So IMHO, the stock was better then aftermarket by almost two fold.
