starting issue

after i drive my car for a while and engine is fully hot, it took longer than usuall to start my car after turning the car off for a few hours. It never happens in the mornings when the engine is cold. Any idea was causing the longer than usual starting time?

oh, and only sometimes it takes longer to start when the car is fully warmed up.

Sounds like an ECTS problem. Do you have a CEL?

Semi related to what you have. Maybe a dying CPS or MAF.

Oh so true! Also, check that vacuum line for damage / dry rot. My 91' Max and Stanza for that matter, both had bad FPRs at one point. Not so good for hard starts, and not so nice for the MPGs either.
