I was just driving my car & the radio started going on & off, then just stopped working! The Air Bag light is blinking, & the car bogs when I go to accelerate. I don't know if this has anything with running the air conditioning
for the past 2 days? Any ideas off what the problem is?

check the voltage across the battery could be ur alternator

Yep. Take it to Autozone and have them check your alternator and battery. (free)
Also check all connections in between. Sometimes they come loose or are corroded and need cleaning.
